Each month's credits lapse at its end. More come in packs from $100, each lasting 12 months, bought in Settings once your firm is set up. Payments are taken by Stripe.
Clarity starts here.
What do I send it?
The memorandum, the rent roll, the T-12 and the leases, as PDF, Word, PowerPoint or Excel, scanned pages included, even as one combined bundle. Corbin splits it and works out what each document is.
How does Corbin check the numbers?
Thirteen named checks run before anything reaches your model, such as whether the rent roll ties to the T-12, which defaults to half a percent. They check the arithmetic and whether the documents agree, never your judgment, and a figure is only called verified when a check proved it.
Which property types does it handle?
Multifamily, office, industrial and flex, retail and mixed use, with one tenant or many.
Can I try it before we buy?
Corbin starts with a demo on one of your own deals. There is no self-serve trial: once your firm is ready, we issue the code that opens its account.
Does Corbin replace my underwriting model?
No. It works with the model your firm already uses: teach it your own Excel template once and a person confirms where each figure goes. Nothing is written over a formula, every write can be undone, and each one is recorded.
Who makes the investment call?
Your team does. The reconciler checks whether figures tie to their sources, and the numbers come from the calculation pipeline, never from the language model. A check that cannot run reports a skip, which never reads as agreement: the fields it covers are held back from your model and named.
